Shipping Charges:
We pride ourselves in the quick handling of your orders with most orders shipping within 24 hours of authorization; however some orders may take up to 3-5 days to process. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
Grace Gow will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in-stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification.
Please note that delivery dates are not guaranteed in the event of service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond the control of GRACE GOW(including, for example, interruptions of our transportation systems or the services provided by our carriers, your bank or credit card).

International Orders:
Grace Gow will ship anywhere in the world via USPS Priority Mail International (6-10 days). Shipping rates are determined by the order amount and ship-to address. We do not cover taxes or duty on international shipments which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Customs policies vary widely from country to country therefore we cannot predict what they will be. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
Sales Tax:
A Washington 9.50% sales tax will be automatically applied to all orders shipping in Washington State.
Return Policy
• We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please return your purchase within fourteen (14) business days of receipt of goods for an item that is of equal or lesser value than the item purchased.
• All returned items must include original packaging materials and merchandise must be in unused, saleable condition.
• The original merchandise receipt must be included with the return.
• All returns must be pre-authorized. Returns will not be accepted without a Pre-Authorization Return #. (PRA#)
• To receive your Pre-Authorization Return # simply email us at returns@gracegow.com
• GRACE GOW reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns and returns being made after 14 days of customer receipt. (Twenty-one (21) days for international orders)
• Unfortunately, we do not refund shipping and handling charges on returns.
• All sale items are final sale.

Cancellation Policy
To cancel an order you have placed, contact us by email at info@gracegow.com or by phone at 206-579-1896. Please know that every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order. Be ready to provide your name, order #, and your contact information. In the event that your order has already shipped, please refer to our Return Policy above.

GRACE GOW will not sell, loan, rent, trade, give or otherwise disclose your name, email address, home or business address or personal information to any third party. Any personal information requested is for the sole purpose of communicating with you regarding your order.
