Shipping Policy

Standard shipping for US orders is Priority Mail USPS and includes insurance and tracking information. Read-To-Ship orders turnaround time is 10-14 business days. Made-To-Order turnaround time is 3-4 weeks. For custom orders the turn-around time will be on a case-by-case basis; we’ll build our timeline specially to the needs of your piece and schedule! Standard shipping is free with US orders. 


Expedited shipping for US orders is FedEx Overnight and includes insurance and tracking information. Turnaround time for expedited shipping averages 1-2 business days. Expedited shipping costs a flat rate of $75.

International customers, please note:
International orders are shipped via FedEx International Economy This includes insurance and tracking information. Generally, rates average from $80-$150 for common international destinations and the shipping speed is 2-6 business days from door to door.

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or FedEx shipping charges. These charges are the customer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing or consult with an online duty calculator to get an approximate estimate. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight or shipping company or when you pick the item up, please do not confuse these for additional shipping charges. 


Grace Gow will gladly issue a refund for non sale items returned within 7 days of purchase and accompanied by a sales receipt. Item must be in its original condition and must be unworn in its original packaging. Items returned for a refund must include a return authorization number. Please contact us via email at to obtain a return authorization and packaging instructions for your return.

Once your refund is approved, we will email you with packaging instructions and a return authorization number. Packages received without an authorization number listed on the box will be refused. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days. Refunds will be issued in the original payment method less any shipping/restocking fee.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive an exchange, you will be charged the cost of return shipping.

Sale Items, custom items, and altered items are a final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.
